Yes, Rosa, it's definitely for beginners and people of ALL fitness levels. I have specialized workouts for each individual so you don't have to worry about being a beginner.

The class really is designed to get you out of your sedentary ways, eat healthy, and to move and strengthen every fiber of muscle and bone that you have not used in ten to twenty years. She is a good motivator and physical trainer.
